Return & Exchange Policy

We guarentee you will love your purchase, however in the instance that you feel it's not for you, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To start a return, you must contact us at info@labed.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender. Please ensure that you keep proof of postage. Failure to provide this in the event we have not received your return, will result in no refund/exchange.

Shipping costs will not be included within your refund.

Damages  
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately via info@labed.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged items shown any later than the day of delivery, will not be accepted.
